For some clients, this may only include the feasibility and conceptual design phases. Whilst for others, Project Management would span the complete project, from the conceptual stage, through design and installation, to full on-site commissioning and handover.

Once a project team has been established, it is coordinated by a Project Manager who has overall responsibility to ensure the project meets all the client's expectations of cost, schedule, safety and performance. He/she provides the client with a single point of contact within DTM for the duration of the project.
