Utilising drone technology, DTM is able to undertake extensive reviews of the roofing and other items that may be situated upon it that haven't been disclosed or seen for a time. Checking that flat roof, or gutter now becomes an easier task with the pictures and/or video to back it up.

Estate Agents do not provide this amount of detail for something that is going to cost you a lot of money for many years and a 10-minute survey ranging from £300 to £500 depending on the size and time required to film is a great investment

Thanks to our pilots we are able to complete this with no interference from neighbours or surroundings.
